IGT has been a tenant at Corporate Center for almost 3 years.  We started in a 3-office suite and worked with Daniell Thompson to convert 2 suites into a 5 office, reception area and conference area flex-suite.  The Corporate Center has truly served us at a professional level far beyond any reasonable expectation.  The staff has been professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.  Daniell Thompson has demonstrated the utmost in professionalism, knowledge and a truly exemplary commitment to our team.  She has made us feel like the Corporate Center is in every way our corporate headquarters.  The ownership of Corporate Center has changed in the recent months.  The new ownership has made noticeable improvements, and most importantly has supported Daniell and the staff in a manner that makes it clear that the things we loved about the Corporate Center are continuing and that even new and better enhancements are being initiated by Daniell and her team with a superior level of support from the new owners.  We consider it a privilege to be a part of the Corporate Center family and so appreciate all they have done for us at IGT.

In 2008 we were driving around Scottsdale looking for a new office space. We happened up on 9400 Shea and immediately loved the look and feel. Within 2 weeks we moved in and have loved it ever since.

First of all, the people…Jennifer, Daniell and Alexa are incredible! They take pride in the building and the experience people have as they enter. They are friendly and caring – and it shows.

The facilities themselves are very nice. The warmth and professionalism interior decor speaks loudly to the thought that went into the design of the building.  Everywhere you turn there are little niceties that indicate pampering, from the flowers throughout the building, to the carefully selected art, to the cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchen.  We consider ourselves well cared for as do the other tenants. Even the entrance into the building is enjoyable – the landscape and flowers are maintained and improved regularly and it leaves a beautiful impression.

The services are tremendous! Anything we ever need is at our disposal from conference room space to notary services, scanning, faxing, etc. We also utilize the professional services regularly, where we can utilize the staff for various tasks when we have an upcoming event. They are extremely helpful at making phone calls to our clients, creating supplies for our events, etc. This way I have temporary help always available without having to hire a temp agency.

We have referred several people to move their offices here because we have been so pleased. We recommend this office space without hesitation and with confidence.

Since the day we signed our first agreement to occupy space at 9375 E Shea in October 2009, we have been impressed with the staff and have really enjoyed the overall experience.
